Aerospace Day Celebration

The public is invited to a free Aerospace Day at Ardmore Aviation on Saturday, July 20, from 3pm till 9pm. We're celebrating the anniversary of man walking on the moon with lots of free fun for all ages. Events include model rocket launches, airplane and rocket craft building, fireworks, and a tour of a real Saturn 2B rocket. The USS Wernher von Braun is hosting the Aerospace Day. We're a group of science-fiction fans that get together for a variety of social and community service activities in the Huntsville area. Our activities include conventions, video parties, picnics, volunteer work, and much more. Our meetings are the first Sunday of every month at the Madison Municipal Complex at 100 Hughes Road in Madison. We're also a chapter of STARFLEET, the International Star Trek Fan Association. STARFLEET is a 28-year-old not-for-profit incorporation with over 4000 members worldwide.
